Job summary

Aria Care Partners is seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist to provide on-site hygiene services at skilled nursing facilities. You will work with the dentist, clinical coordinator, and facility staff to meet patient needs and uphold high care standards.

This full-time role includes driving between sites, performing cleanings, X-rays, sealants, charting in Salesforce, and ensuring OSHA compliance. A valid RDH license and driver's license are required, with mileage reimbursement and home-market

Qualifications

Current RDH license in the state in good standing and 5 years’ experience.
Valid Driver’s License with no moving violations in the last 5 years.
Must have own reliable transportation and ability to travel between facilities.
Ability to push/pull up to 200 lbs and lift equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Review patient lists prior to visit and ensure supplies/equipment are available for all patients.
Arrive on time, check in with dental contact, and review list of patients to be seen.
Transport, set-up and take down equipment and supplies in room designated as workspace by facility.
Perform care including cleaning teeth, taking X-rays, and reporting findings to dentist following ADA standards.
Enter chart notes for treatment provided into Salesforce at the time of treatment.
Ensure OSHA safety and cleanliness regulations are followed during patient treatment.
Maintain dental equipment through regular cleaning and maintenance routines.
Inventory supplies and order as needed.
