Job summary

Aria Care Partners is seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist to provide on-site hygiene services at partner facilities. You will work with the DDS, clinical coordinator, and nursing home staff to ensure patient needs are met, including X-rays, cleanings, sealants, and charting in Salesforce.

The role requires a valid RDH license in good standing, 5 years of experience, and the ability to travel within a 3-hour radius.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Dental Hygienist license in the state in good standing.
• 5 years’ experience as a RDH.
• Valid Driver’s License with clean record.
• Willing to travel within a 3-hour radius.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site dental hygiene services at nursing facilities.
• Collaborate with DDS, clinical coordinator and facility staff.
• Take X-rays, clean teeth and dentures, apply sealants as needed.
• Enter chart notes into Salesforce during treatment.
• Follow OSHA safety, handling and sterilization procedures.
• Coordinate scheduling and follow-up with clinical support manager.
• Maintain and inventory dental equipment and supplies.
