Job summary

Vision RT Ltd. is seeking a field-based Clinical Applications Specialist to support customers throughout Maryland, providing expert clinical applications assistance for Vision RT systems.

The role requires up to 75% travel and occasional nationwide travel. You will develop and implement clinical protocols, deliver onsite and remote training, support product demonstrations, and contribute to customer education through docs and e-learning materials.

Qualifications

• 3+ years minimum experience in Clinical radiotherapy environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Willingness to travel 90-100% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Support customers across Maryland with clinical applications for Vision RT systems.
• Deliver onsite and remote training; assist with product demonstrations and customer education materials.
• Collaborate with R&D by providing customer feedback and testing input.
• Create workflows, user guides, and e-learning content for end users.
• Coordinate and/or lead training sessions for customers and staff.
