American Traveler is hiring a Radiology Technologist - X-Ray with ARRT-R certification and experience in adult and pediatric imaging settings.

Requirements

• Current ARRT-R and BLS certification required
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in specialty required
• Experience with adult acute care, outpatient, ICU, and emergency department imaging
• Skilled in upper and lower extremity, spine, pelvis, chest, abdomen, and head imaging
• Trauma imaging experience including trauma shoulder, humerus, and extremities
• Knowledge of infection prevention, isolation precautions/PPE, and radiation safety
• Experience with portable abdomen and chest imaging
• Epic charting system experience preferred
• License required if applicable

Responsibilities

• Works in the X-Ray department performing diagnostic imaging across adult and pediatric populations
• Settings include adult acute care, adult outpatient, pediatric outpatient, and bedside/portable procedures
• All Siemens imaging equipment including portables
• Day shift schedule, 5x8 hours from 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM
• No floating or on-call requirements
• Perform a wide range of diagnostic X-ray procedures including skeletal, chest, abdominal, and trauma imaging
• Work alongside clinical teams in acute, outpatient, and emergency settings
• Valid references and copies of certifications required for consideration
• Local candidates accepted within a 50-mile radius at a different rate
• Requested time off must be submitted prior to consideration, as schedules cannot accommodate block time off after placement
