Job summary

American Traveler is seeking a Radiology Technologist - X-Ray with 2+ years of experience and ARRT-R certification for a Trauma Level II teaching hospital. The role covers a broad range of diagnostic imaging, including trauma cases, fluoroscopy, and C-arm procedures, across adult and pediatric patients.

Epic EMR proficiency is required. The position offers travel, shifts, and incentives, with housing and licensure reimbursements as part of the benefits package.

Qualifications

• ARRT-R and BLS (AHA) certification required.
• WI state license required if applicable.
• Graduate of an accredited School of Radiologic Technology.
• Minimum 2 years of experience.
• Trauma Level II experience required; Level I and teaching hospital experience preferred.
• PACS and GE/Philips/Siemens equipment experience preferred.
• Knowledge of infection prevention, PPE, and radiation safety required.
• Experience with contrast media preparation and administration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Day/evening shifts, 5x8 hours; Sunday 07:30–15:30 and Mon–Thu 07:15–03:45.
• Standby call and holiday coverage as needed.
• 13–26 week assignment options; floating as needed.
• Epic EMR experience required.
• Perform a wide range of diagnostic imaging including abdomen, chest, spine, and extremities.
• Work on trauma cases, fluoroscopy, and mobile/surgical procedures (C-arm).
• Cover adult and pediatric acute care, outpatient, ED, ICU, NICU, PICU, and OR.
