Job summary

American Traveler is seeking a CT Technologist to join a Level II Trauma Center, performing diagnostic CT exams, contrast administration, and patient positioning. The role supports ED stroke and trauma programs in a busy academic medical setting.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year trauma CT experience, ARRT-CT certification, and BLS. Weekend/holiday coverage is required, with no on-call and travel housing allowances available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of CT experience with trauma background.
• Active ARRT-CT certification and BLS.
• NJ DEP Radiologic Technologist license required if applicable.
• Experience with CT angiograms, stroke and trauma imaging.
• Ability to administer contrast and position patients.

Responsibilities

• Operate three CT scanners in a high-acuity center.
• Perform diagnostic CT exams and administer contrast.
• Collaborate with ED for stroke and trauma cases.
• Cerner charting experience preferred.
• Weekend and holiday coverage; 3x12 shifts.
