Job summary

American Traveler is seeking a Radiology Technologist for a diagnostic radiology position, including portable, OR, and ED trauma imaging. ARRT certification and license (where applicable) are required, with a minimum of 2 years' experience. Fluoroscopy experience preferred.

The role involves a busy hospital setting with GE/Radiography equipment and Cerner Rad Net EMR. Schedule runs 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM, Tuesday through Friday, with weekend rotation.

Qualifications

• ARRT certification required.
• License required where applicable.
• Minimum 2 years of radiology experience.
• Skills across diagnostic radiology including portable and OR imaging.
• Experience in ED trauma imaging preferred.
• Fluoroscopy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic imaging across radiology units, including portable/OR/ED trauma settings.
• Operate GE Rad rooms, GE portables, OEC C-arms, and Medtronics O-arms.
• Utilize Cerner Rad Net EMR for imaging records.
• Schedule: 8:00 AM–6:30 PM, Tue–Fri; weekend rotation required.
• Maintain professional appearance with black scrubs.
• Adhere to facility policy and ensure patient safety.

• Fluoroscopic procedure experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Diagnostic radiology unit within an 800-bed hospital
• Equipment includes GE Rad rooms, GE and Shiatzu portables, OEC C-arms, and Medtronics O-arms
• Uses Cerner Rad Net EMR
• Performs diagnostic imaging, portable, trauma, fluoroscopic, and surgical procedures
• Schedule is 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM, Tuesday through Friday
• Weekend rotation required
• Team player who is also self-motivated and able to work independently
• Black scrub attire required
• Candidates must live outside a 50-mile radius of the facility; no local candidates accepted
