Job summary

American Traveler is hiring a Surgery Radiologic Technologist with 1+ years of experience and OR/C-arm experience for a day shift assignment. Radiology - Diagnostic department supports surgery with 15 rooms/beds; uses C-arm for surgical imaging; day shift runs 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

On-call 1-3 days weekly, every 3rd weekend, with a 30-minute response time. Floating, Medhost EMR, scrubs provided; RTO rules apply and Christmas blackout.

Qualifications

• ARRT certified in radiologic technology.
• BLS certification current (AHA approved).
• TMB license required if applicable.
• Minimum 1 year OR/surgery radiology experience.
• C-arm experience in a surgical setting.
• No certifications expiring within the first 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Radiology - Diagnostic dept supporting surgery with 15 rooms/beds.
• Utilizes C-arm equipment for surgical imaging procedures.
• Day shift, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
• On-call 1-3 days weekly, every 3rd weekend, with 30-minute response time.
• Floating required; uses HMS GUI (Medhost) EMR.
• Scrubs provided.
• No 48-hour guarantee and no block scheduling.
• RTO requests must be <1 week and under 3 days total.
• RTO blackout during Christmas.
• Candidates must live >50 miles from facility.
• No gaps in work history of 90+ days in past 12 months.
• Previous CHS perm staff not eligible if employed in past 2 years.
