Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel Radiology Technologist for a 13-week assignment in State College, Pennsylvania. The role requires completion of a two-year Radiologic Technology program, state registration, and ARRT certification.

Expect 36 hours per week on night shifts, with travel logistics managed by the agency. As a travel assignment, benefits include weekly pay, credentialing support, housing options, health and life insurance, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Completion of a two year approved School of Radiologic Technology.
• Valid state radiology registration as required by state law.
• Two years of X-Ray Tech experience preferred, ideally in a critical care setting.
• Registry by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patient for diagnostic imaging exam.
• Produce x-ray films for diagnosis (e.g., cancer or fractures).
• Instruct patients on positioning for accurate images.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Deliver quality, cost effective patient care in a professional manner.
• Maintain an environment focused on patient safety and excellence.
• Promote a safe work environment for staff and customers.
