Job summary

TotalMed is seeking a Radiology Technologist for an immediate travel opening in Glendale, AZ. This role involves using diagnostic imaging equipment, ensuring accurate images, and caring for patients undergoing radiologic testing.

The ideal candidate should have at least one year of experience as a Radiology Technologist, BLS certification, and national ARRT certification. The position has a pay package based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Radiology Technologist.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lean, or stoop for extended periods.
• Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Confirm patient identification and explain procedures to patients.
• Follow orders from physicians regarding imaging.
• Correctly position the patient and adjust imaging equipment.
• Calibrate imaging equipment and prepare results for physician review.
