Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel Radiology Technologist for a 9-week assignment in Glendale, California. The role covers 40 hours per week with 10-hour day shifts, working in a travel capacity for a major healthcare client.

The ideal candidate will have an accredited two-year Radiologic Technology program, ARRT registry, and state radiology registration. Prior experience in critical care settings is preferred.

Qualifications

• Completion of a two year approved School of Radiologic Technology.
• Valid state radiology registration as required by state law.
• Two years of X-Ray Tech experience preferred, ideally in a critical care setting.
• Registry by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology.

Responsibilities

• Prep patient for diagnostic imaging exam.
• Produce x-ray films for diagnosing medical problems.
• Instruct patients for proper imaging positions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
• Deliver quality, cost-effective patient care.
• Maintain patient-focused, timely and compassionate care.
