Job Summary

TNAA TotalMed Allied is hiring a travel Interventional Radiology Technologist for a 13‑week assignment in Lincoln, Nebraska.

Responsibilities

• Operate fluoroscopic equipment and assist physicians with minimally invasive, image‑guided procedures.
• Prepare and observe patients during procedures and report abnormal activity.
• Confirm patient identification, review imaging requests and explain procedures to patients.
• Assist in scrubbing and setting up diagnostic and interventional procedures.
• Monitor patients throughout all procedures.
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of radiation protection standards and ensure safeguards.
• Operate intravenous and dye injector pumps.
• Maintain accurate patient records and use the McKesson PACS system.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of recent acute care experience as a Radiologic Technologist.
• BLS, ACLS, ARRT (R) certifications required; state‑specific licensing as required.
• Vascular Interventional certificate preferred.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods; flexible with bending, leaning, or stooping.
• Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.

Compensation
