Travel Radiology Technologist position for a 13‑week assignment in New Britain, Connecticut.

Pay package based on 8‑hour shifts and 40‑hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax‑free stipend.

• Use diagnostic imaging equipment to produce accurate images for physician interpretation.
• Prepare and care for patients undergoing radiologic testing.
• Confirm patient identification, review imaging requests, and explain procedures.
• Follow physician orders for specific body imaging areas.
• Position patients correctly and adjust imaging equipment.
• Employ appropriate radiation protection precautions.
• Calibrate imaging equipment.
• Prepare imaging results for physician review.
• Maintain accurate patient records.
• Use the McKesson PACS system.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of clinical experience as a Radiology Technologist.
• Board‑certified ARRT (R) and BLS; state‑specific licensing when required.
• Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lean, or stoop for long periods.
• Additional certifications: ARDMS (RDCS) and CCI (RCS) preferred; 2 years of experience preferred.
• Must be able to work 8‑hour night shifts.
