TotalMed Allied in Glendale, AZ is seeking a Radiology Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment. The role requires 1 year of radiology experience, ARRT (R) certification, BLS, and state licensing as needed, and involves 12-hour night shifts.

You will operate diagnostic imaging equipment, prepare patients, protect against unnecessary radiation, and ensure accurate image labeling for physician review. McKesson PACS system familiarity is a plus.

Qualificações

• Minimum 1 year of radiology experience.
• ARRT (R) National Certification and BLS required, plus state licensing when required.
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods and knowledge of anatomy/physiology.

Responsabilidades

• Identify patients and explain imaging procedures to provide reassurance.
• Position patients and adjust imaging equipment per orders.
• Protect patients and staff from unnecessary radiation exposure.
• Calibrate imaging equipment and prepare results for physician review.
• Maintain accurate patient records and operate McKesson PACS.
