• Schedule: Day shift, 9:00 AM9:30 PM, 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications:
  • ARRT certification
  • Drivers license with photo identification
  • Background check and drug test
  • Skill checklist and documentation of nursing-related competencies or examinations
  • Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications, as applicable

  • Influenza vaccination record or declination
  • Attestation form
• Additional Information:
