Qualifications

Job Summary

Xray Technologist. This position provides diagnostic radiography services across inpatient, emergency, portable, pediatric, adult, and surgical settings. The role requires proficiency with a broad range of X-ray procedures, including the use of surgical C-arms, and supports rotating 10-hour shifts.

Job Details

• Assignment Dates: 11/16/202602/15/2027
• Schedule: Rotating 10-hour shifts, 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Registered Radiologic Technologist certification; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Washington state license in hand; at least 1 year of experience; required experience with all X-ray procedures and surgical C-arm operation; experience with Epic charting; proficiency in portable and bedside procedures, emergency department imaging, operating room imaging, trauma cases, pediatric and adult acute care, contrast procedures, radiation safety, and a broad range of diagnostic radiography exams.
• Preferred Qualifications: Community hospital experience; Trauma Level I or Trauma Level II experience.
• Patient Population: Neonates, infants, adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics.
• Additional Information: The position performs approximately 1720 exams per night, primarily in-house, in the emergency department, and through portable imaging. After 11:00 p.m., the technologist works with another team member. Voluntary on-call participation is appreciated but not required. Imaging equipment includes Philips systems and Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS) technology.
