Job Description & Requirements
Title : X-ray Tech
Duration : 13 weeks
Description :
Patient Preparation & Positioning :
Operate radiographic equipment (including digital and portable units) to capture diagnostic images.
Adhere to ALARA principles, facility radiation-safety policies, and regulatory standards (e.g., NRC, state licensure).
Perform daily QC checks on X-ray equipment, report malfunctions, and coordinate repairs.
Accurately document procedures, patient status, and any deviations in the Radiology Information System (RIS) and PACS.
