As a radiology technologist, you will take images of patients using X-ray, MRI, and ultrasound modalities, prepare patients, and explain the process to ease anxiety.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of recent experience in radiologic imaging setting.
• Valid license or registration as required by state.
• BLS certification from AHA.
• ACLS certification may be required.
• ARRT or ARDMS credentials per discipline.
• Specialty-related certifications preferred.
• Professional references available.

Responsibilities

• Take images of patients using X-ray, MRI, and ultrasound modalities.
• Work under physician supervision to aid diagnosis and treatment.
• Prepare patients and explain procedures to ease anxiety.
