HealthForce Healthcare is seeking a Radiology Tech for a travel assignment in Berlin, VT. The position starts 10/26/2026 and runs for 16 weeks in a hospital-based radiology unit with cross-coverage across the department.

Responsibilities include performing standard radiographic exams, operating imaging systems, documenting in Epic Radiant, and coordinating with radiologists. The role requires ARRT, BLS, and prior radiology experience, with weekend/holiday rotation and teleradiology support

Qualifications

• ARRT certification is required and active registration is expected.
• BLS certification is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical radiology experience; OR case, Fluoro and C-arm experience considered.
• EPIC Radiant experience within the past 2 years is required.
• Teaching facility experience is required.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a hospital radiology setting with 12-hour day shifts and weekend rotation.

Responsibilities

• Perform standard radiographic examinations across the radiology unit, ensuring diagnostic‑quality images with proper patient positioning and exposure control.
• Operate imaging systems and work with equipment such as Philips, Canon, Carestream, Philips Portables, and OEC C-arms; adhere to ALARA principles and radiation safety protocols.
• Document studies in Epic Radiant (Radiology information system) and interact with the teleradiology reading service (Vrad) as needed.
• Coordinate with radiologists and other team members; assist with screening, positioning, and patient care for a diverse age range from newborns to the elderly.
• Provide coverage for weekends/holidays as part of a rotating schedule; participate in cross‑coverage and floating to support staffing needs.
• Maintain unit efficiency and patient flow; ensure proper equipment calibration, quality control, and image transfer to PACS (Isite/DICOM workflow).
