Job summary

HealthForce Healthcare in Lodi, CA is seeking a Radiology Tech (X Ray Tech) for a travel assignment in the hospital imaging department. Start date: October 5, 2026. Duration: 13 weeks. Shift: Evenings, 8-hour shifts. This is a travel - temporary assignment.

Weekly pay is $2,731–$2,937 per week with potential extensions based on performance and department needs. Dedicated recruiter support and onboarding resources are provided to help ensure a smooth start.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in CT imaging, radiography and fluoroscopy.
• Ability to perform imaging procedures across modalities in a hospital setting.
• Strong patient-care and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate CT equipment and produce cross-sectional images; perform general radiography and fluoroscopy as assigned
• Prepare patients, position them correctly, apply shielding and ensure procedures meet protocol requirements
• Verify orders, document procedures, and communicate findings with radiologists and clinical staff
• Maintain image quality and perform basic quality control checks; ensure accurate labeling and storage of images
• Adhere to radiation safety, infection control and patient privacy standards; monitor patient safety throughout procedures
• Collaborate with the team to optimize workflow and respond to emergent imaging needs
