• Required Qualifications: ARRT certification, BLS certification, minimum 5 years of experience in external beam radiation therapy patient treatment delivery, Oregon Board of Medical Imaging licensure, proficiency in operating Varian TrueBeam and Elekta Infinity treatment machines, and scheduled shifts Monday through Friday, approximately 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Schedule: Rotating shift with regular weekday hours (Monday to Friday); some flexibility for treatment needs or machine downtime may be required.
• Additional Information: Therapists will not work alone on treatment machines; two therapists operate each machine. The role includes performing CT scans and participating in department-specific training and orientation, typically lasting 3 to 5 days for experienced therapists. The department operates under a business casual dress code with scrubs and no open-toed shoes.
