Qualifications

• Knowledge of aggregate testing methods and quality control practices.
• Ability to obtain and maintain relevant industry/state certifications.
• Experience using testing equipment and data management systems.
• Experience in aggregate operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality control testing and sampling of aggregate products at production sites and customer locations.
• Analyze test results, maintain records, and communicate findings to support quality and compliance.
• Coordinate and oversee quality assurance activities and ensure adherence to testing standards and procedures.
• Collaborate with operations and sales teams to address quality concerns and support customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while driving continuous improvement.
• Travel up to 75% and be willing to be certified in 4 states.
