Job summary
Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) for a 13-week travel assignment in Osage, IA. You will work under a Physical Therapist to implement treatment plans, help patients regain mobility, and document progress.

Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy Assistant license in compliance with state regulations.
- Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Responsibilities
- Assist Physical Therapist in implementing treatment plans to improve mobility and function.
- Guide patients through exercises and activities, providing hands-on assistance as needed.
- Document patient progress and adjust care plan under supervision.
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care.
- Maintain a safe treatment environment and adhere to infection control protocols.
- Support discharge planning and transitions to home or community settings.
