Cross Country Allied is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapy Assistant for a travel assignment in Norman, Oklahoma. The PTA will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to provide evidence-based, skilled treatments to residents in a long-term care setting.

Responsibilities include patient assessments, administering therapeutic procedures, documenting clinical activities, and assisting with care planning and discharge summaries.

Qualifications

• Active State Licensure as a PTA in Oklahoma.
• At least one year PTA experience.
• Long-term care or rehabilitation experience preferred.
• Resume submission required.
• Skills checklist completed within 1 year.
• 0-1 professional references available at submission.
• Active OT license at submission.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient assessments and administer therapeutic procedures.
• Document clinical activities and support care planning and discharge summaries.
• Participate in meetings, trainings, and in-services as required.
• Adhere to professional practice acts, code of ethics, and clinical standards.
• Supervision of students may be required; requisition DME and supplies as needed.
