Qualifications

• 1+ years of PTA experience required.
• Long-term care or rehabilitation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient progress and communicate findings to the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Document all required information in the electronic system.
• Participate in patient care conferences and utilization review meetings.
