Job summary

Cross Country Allied is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapy Assistant for a travel job in Purcell, Oklahoma.

The PTA will support clinical interventions under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, provide rehabilitative care, document patient progress, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Active Oklahoma licensure and a minimum of one year of PTA experience are required.

Qualifications

• Active State Licensure in Oklahoma.
• 1+ years of PTA experience.
• Long-term care or rehabilitation experience.
• Résumé submission.
• Skills checklist completed within 1 year.
• At least 1 Reference.
• Active Occupational Therapy license.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient progress and communicate with supervising therapists.
• Deliver skilled interventions including manual techniques, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, modalities and assistive devices.
• Document treatments and patient progress in the chart.
• Assist with supplies and supervise students as needed.
• Participate in meetings, trainings and maintain professional conduct and ethics.
