Critical Connection, inc is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapy Assistant for a travel assignment in Vacaville, California. You will deliver hands-on PTA services to patients in a SNF setting, focusing on mobility, gait training and functional recovery.

The role supports a PT with 40 hours per week, daytime 8-hour shifts, ASAP start for an initial 13-week engagement, with travel and housing stipends offered.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree from an accredited PTA program.
• Active (or pending) state PTA license.
• SNF experience preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PT treatments under the supervision of a PT
• Assist patients with mobility, strength, balance, and transfers
• Monitor patient response and communicate progress to PT
• Document treatments accurately and timely
