Job summary

Critical Connection, inc is seeking a travel Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) for a 13‑week assignment in Canton, Illinois. This role focuses on delivering hands‑on care in a skilled nursing facility and requires the PTA to work 40 hours per week, with days shifts.

The ideal candidate has an Associate’s Degree from an accredited PTA program and an active (or pending) state PTA license, with SNF experience preferred but not required. New grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PT treatments under the supervision of a PT.
• Assist patients with mobility, strength, balance, and transfers.
• Monitor patient response and communicate progress to PT.
• Document treatments accurately and timely.
