Job summary

Critical Connection, inc is seeking a travel Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) for a SNF setting in Westfield, New Jersey. The role involves 40 hours per week with dayshift hours, and offers travel, housing, and a CEU allowance.

Start ASAP for a 13-week assignment with guaranteed hours and benefits, including medical/dental/vision. The PTA will work under the supervision of a PT to deliver skilled treatments and support patient mobility and gait training.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree from an accredited PTA program.
• Active (or pending) state PTA license.
• SNF experience preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PT treatments under the supervision of a PT.
• Assist patients with mobility, strength, balance, and transfers.
• Monitor patient response and communicate progress to PT.
• Document treatments accurately and timely.
