Critical Connection, inc is seeking a travel Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) for a 13-week assignment in Morris, Illinois. You will provide skilled PT care in a skilled nursing facility, with 40 hours per week on day shifts (8 hours).

New grads welcomed; SNF experience preferred but not required. This role emphasizes functional mobility, gait training, and patient interaction, with housing and travel stipends and licensing reimbursement included.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an accredited PTA program.
• Active (or pending) state PTA license.
• SNF experience preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PT treatments under the supervision of a PT.
• Assist patients with mobility, strength, balance, and transfers.
• Monitor patient response and communicate progress to PT.
• Document treatments accurately and timely.
