Job summary

Centra Healthcare Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapy Assistant for a contract assignment in Hendersonville, North Carolina. The role is a SNF/LTC travel position with a 13-week duration, 40 hours per week, days shift, and an ASAP start.

Must have an Associate degree and an active or pending PTA license; work under the supervision of a Registered or Licensed Physical Therapist to provide care and implement treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Must have earned an Associate degree from an accredited program.
• Current state license as a Physical Therapist Assistant or actively in process of licensure.
• Provide skilled PT services under supervision of an PT per physician orders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled PTA services per physician orders under supervision.
• Modify and implement patient treatment plans.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to meet patient goals.
