Job summary

Centra Healthcare Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in Pittsboro, North Carolina. The role involves 40 hours per week, with 8-hour shifts during the day, in a SNF/LTC setting.

Start ASAP for a 13-week contract, providing skilled PT services under physician orders and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. Must be a graduate of an accredited program with an active PT license or in process, and CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from an accredited school.
• Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist / PT or in the process of licensure.
• Current CPR certification.
• Develop a plan of care for each physical therapy patient.
• Provide skilled physical therapy services / interventions per physician orders.
• Assess patient needs, plan, evaluate and modify care to meet goals of PT interventions.
• Collaborates with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.
