Centra Healthcare Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapy Assistant for a 13-week assignment in Spring Valley, Illinois. The role is 40 hours/week with 8-hour days, requiring SNF/LTC experience and an IL PTA license.

The contract position includes a travel-friendly package and the opportunity to work in a dynamic network across the United States. Eligible candidates must have 1 year PTA experience and be licensed or in the process of licensure in IL.

Qualifications

• 1 year of recent experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
• SNF / LTC experience required
• Current Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license within the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide PTA services in SNF / LTC settings.
• Collaborate with PTs and care teams to implement treatment plans.
• Document patient progress and maintain compliance with licensure requirements.
