Job summary

Centra Healthcare Allied seeks a Travel Physical Therapy Assistant for a 13-week contract in Grass Valley, California. The role requires 40 hours per week with an 8-hour shift, starting ASAP in a SNF/LTC setting.

Qualifications

• Must have earned an Associate degree from an accredited school ( PTA ).
• Current CPR certification.
• Current state license as a PTA or in process for licensure in the state of California.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy services under supervision of a PT.
• Implement and modify physical therapy plans of treatment.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to meet patient goals.
