Responsibilities

• Assist in providing quality patient care under the supervision of licensed therapists.
• Document all therapy services for accurate and timely billing.
• Ensure care follows the Plan of Care and organizational guidelines, meeting professional standards.
• Develops and implements individualized therapy programs under supervision to restore function.
• Identify needs for referrals to other disciplines to address comprehensive patient care.
• Other duties may be assigned as needed.
