Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant for a role in Clackamas, Oregon. The ideal candidate should have an associate degree in Physical Therapy, an active Oregon PTA license, and home health experience. Responsibilities include working with patients under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist and traveling between patient homes. Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Oregon PTA license required to start the assignment.
• Home health experience in Oregon required.
• BLS/CPR certification required (AHA or ARC accepted).
• Experience with home health documentation required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel between patient homes.

Responsabilités

• Help patients recover from injuries or illness.
• Work under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Travel between patient homes in Multnomah and Clackamas counties.
