Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a travel assignment in Clackamas, Oregon. The PTA provides therapy services under the Physical Therapist's direction, delivering treatment, implementation and documentation in line with the plan of care.

Minimum requirements include PTA licensure in the state, graduation from an accredited PTA program, and current CPR where applicable.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.
• One year of prior professional PTA experience preferred.
• CPR Certification if applicable.
• TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable.
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state Regulation).
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• The Physical Therapy Assistant provides physical therapy services including treatment, implementation and documentation under the direction of the Physical Therapist and in accordance with the physician's plan of care.
