Job summary

AlliedTravelCareers and Towne U.S. LLC are seeking a travel Physical Therapy Assistant in Windsor, CT for a 13-week assignment. You will work under a licensed PT to help patients regain mobility and independence while gaining diverse clinical experience and exploring new locations.

Earn $1,781 per week with housing and travel stipends provided; ongoing support from a Journey Advisor ensures smooth transitions between contracts.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree from an accredited PTA program.
• Active PTA license in the state of practice or multi-state eligibility.
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience preferred; new grads welcome with strong skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans under the supervising PT.
• Help patients perform therapeutic exercises and mobility activities.
• Monitor and document patient progress, reporting updates to the PT.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and rehabilitation techniques.
• Maintain a safe therapy environment and assist with patient mobility.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver patient-centered care.
