Job summary

AlliedTravelCareers, working with Towne U.S. LLC, seeks a Travel Physical Therapy Assistant for Linwood, New Jersey. You will assist a supervising PT, help patients regain mobility, and contribute to a 13-week contract with ongoing support from a dedicated team.

Eligible candidates may travel to new locations every 13 weeks and receive housing and travel stipends. Candidates should hold an Associate degree in PTA, an active PTA license (or eligibility across states with licensing assistance),

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited PTA program.
• Active PTA license or multi-state eligibility (licensing assistance available).
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience preferred; new grads welcome if capable.
• Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to travel for assignments.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing individualized physical therapy treatment plans developed by the supervising PT.
• Help patients perform therapeutic exercises and functional mobility activities.
• Monitor and document patient progress, reporting updates to the PT.
• Provide education to patients and caregivers on exercises and rehabilitation techniques.
• Maintain a safe therapy environment by caring for equipment and aiding patient mobility.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver patient-centered care.
