Ardor Health Solutions seeks a Physical Therapist (PT) for a 13-week travel contract in Chesapeake, VA, at a Skilled Nursing Facility. You will provide gait training, balance and mobility-focused therapy to a geriatric population, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to tailor recovery plans.

This travel assignment involves 12-hour shifts, 35 hours per week, and requires an Active Virginia PT license with SNF experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Virginia PT license.
• SNF experience preferred.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a patient caseload.

Responsibilities

• Provide gait training, transfers, balance, strengthening and mobility therapy.
• Collaborate with nursing and therapy staff to develop individualized treatment plans and monitor patient progress.
