Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a full-time Skilled Nursing Facility contract in Virginia Beach, Virginia. The role involves 40 hours per week, 8-hour day shifts, and an emphasis on post-acute rehab for adult and geriatric patients.
Start date is December 14, 2026, for a 13-week assignment, with collaboration across rehab disciplines. Ideal candidates will have a Virginia PT license, enjoy a collaborative rehab environment, and deliver comprehensive PT
Competenze
- Licensed Physical Therapist with Virginia license to practice.
- Willingness to travel and work in a SNF/post-acute setting.
- Ability to treat adult and geriatric populations.
Mansioni
- Perform comprehensive PT evaluations and reassessments.
- Create and follow individualized treatment plans.
- Treat orthopedic, neurological, post-surgical and complex cases.
- Provide gait, balance, therapeutic exercise, and mobility training.
- Collaborate with nursing, physicians, OT, SLP and case management.
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise and safety.
- Complete timely documentation and progress reporting.
