Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy seeks a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Portland, Oregon. The role offers 40 hours per week, daytime shifts, and the chance to impact patient mobility and quality of life in hospital, clinic, or rehab settings.

You must hold an active physical therapy license, with BLS certification, and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred. New grads are welcome to apply with relevant credentials.

Formación

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy
• Physical Therapy experience; New Grads welcome
• Other certifications or licenses may be required

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and functional limitations to identify needs
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessments and goals
• Implement PT treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other care team members
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety
• Maintain a safe treatment environment and adhere to infection control procedures
• Support discharge planning and community/home-based transitions
• Engage in professional development and quality assurance initiatives
• Perform other duties within scope of practice
