Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license per state regulations
- Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients' physical conditions using tests, history, and exams.
- Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on goals.
- Implement treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
- Operate and maintain PT equipment safely and effectively.
- Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the patient record.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists for coordinated care.
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety.
