Job summary

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in Salisbury, Maryland. You will provide outpatient PT services to adults and geriatric patients, with a 40-hour work week and 8-hour shifts, Monday–Friday.

The role requires a PT degree (ACGME/APTA accredited), MD license, and various start-of-assignment certifications. Housing and travel benefits are offered, with a NextGen documentation system supporting care delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA.
• Active State License is required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification may be required from AHA or ARC.
• Maryland Physical Therapist license required to start.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy to adults and geriatric patients.
• Work Monday–Friday with a 40-hour week.
• Utilize NextGen documentation system and collaborate with PTs and PTAs.
• Manage patient cases such as ACL tears, osteoarthritis, and post-operative rehab.
• Participate in patient education and discharge planning.
