Prime HealthCare Staffing is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Toledo, Iowa.

The role is outpatient, 40 hours per week, day shift, with 8-hour blocks. Therapist will manage a treatment plan to support patient outcomes.

Must hold an active state PT license and current BLS; be prepared for drug screen and background check. Housing and meal stipends and other benefits are offered.
