Job summary

Prime HealthCare Staffing is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Bend, Oregon. In an outpatient setting, the therapist will manage a treatment plan to promote a positive outcome for patients with diverse diagnoses.

Schedule can be 8-10 hour shifts, 4-5 days a week. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, housing and meal stipends, licensure reimbursement, and weekly direct deposit to support your travel assignment.

Qualifications

• Current BLS certification (AHA preferred).
• Active State License required for PT practice.
• Supervisory professional references available upon request.
• Drug screen and background check required.
