Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license per state regulations.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement individualized rehabilitation programs.
• Operate therapy equipment safely and maintain documentation of evaluations and outcomes.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, injury prevention, and self-management.
