Responsibilities include comprehensive assessments, developing customized plans, equipment handling, and collaboration with health professionals.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license and current BLS certification.
• Strong clinical, critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Physical ability to perform manual therapy, lift equipment, and move patients.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' physical conditions through tests and examinations to identify treatment needs.
• Develop and implement personalized, evidence-based rehabilitation plans using exercise and manual therapy techniques.
• Operate and maintain therapy equipment safely, monitor patient progress, and adjust treatments accordingly.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care and successful outcomes.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, injury prevention, and self-management strategies.
• Maintain documentation of evaluations, interventions, and outcomes, adhering to safety and regulatory standards.
• Participate in discharge planning and quality assurance activities, supporting ongoing patient recovery.
