Job summary

American Traveler, LLC is seeking an Adult Outpatient Physical Therapist with Lymphedema certification for a day-shift assignment in Minnesota. The position offers outpatient care with no on-call or weekend duties, starting no earlier than 7:00 AM and finishing by 5:30 PM, with 4x10 or 5x8 schedules.

Requirements include a minimum of 1 year of PT experience, current Lymphedema certification, BLS, and Minnesota license (pending accepted).

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience.
• Current Lymphedema certification required.
• BLS certification required.
• Minnesota PT license required (pending license accepted).
• License required if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Outpatient physical therapy setting.
• Day shift schedule, 4x10 or 5x8 hours, starting no earlier than 7:00 AM and ending no later than 5:30 PM.
• No call or weekend shifts required.
• Holiday coverage required as needed by the facility.
• Must complete required lab work within 48 hours of signing contract.
• Minnesota fingerprinting via Livescan required in person on the Monday prior to the scheduled start date, applicable to all candidates regardless of residency.
• Local candidates within 25 miles of the facility are not accepted.
• Former permanent staff must have been separated from the facility for at least 9 months before returning as a traveler.
• Maximum of 7 days RTO permitted, with no RTO allowed during the first 2 weeks of the assignment.
• All RTO requests must be disclosed and approved prior to start
