Job summary

Cynet Health is seeking an Adult Outpatient Physical Therapist with a Lymphedema certification for a 13-week assignment in Minnesota. Start date is ASAP. Shifts can be 4x10 or 5x8, with hours from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM.

No call or weekend shifts are required; travelers must work holidays. All required lab work must be completed within 48 hours of signing; Livescan fingerprinting is mandatory in person.

Qualifications

• Active Minnesota licensure required (pending accepted).
• Lymphedema certification and BLS required.

Responsibilities

Description:We are seeking an Adult Outpatient Physical Therapist with a Lymphedema certification.The start date is as soon as possible.The shift can be either 4x10 or 5x8, starting no earlier than 7 AM and ending no later than 5:30 PM.No call or weekend shifts are required.Travelers must work holidays as needed.All required lab work must be completed within 48 hours of signing a contract.Failure to comply may result in cancellation of the assignment.All travelers must commit to completing Livescan fingerprinting within 48 hours of signing.Fingerprinting must be done in person.This is a state requirement with no exceptions.Travelers are responsible for their own travel expenses associated with fingerprinting.Please ensure all submitted candidates meet licensing and certification requirements.
